Not for cooking roasts, turkey breast, etc.

It worked perfect for making soup. I tried doing a 3 pound boneless turkey breast and after 3.5 hours on low it was still raw. I switched to high and 4 hours later it still was raw. Might just be I got a dud, I love their products normally.
